Am a bit confuzed, What the hell is rep?

Sorry if this sounds really noob but I really want to know so I can understand evrything people say lol

u click on the scales at the top right hand corner to either add + rep or take away rep and leave a comment of y u did

rep means reputation. you gave good positive and negative reputation to others members.

Also this isnt the correct forum :P
