Train on Monstors.
You get drops, you have a 100% success rate at xp, there is no waiting for boats to fill up.

Pest control is boring, im 67 attack aswell. I go fire giants at waterwall quest. I have 60 def and 65 strenth though.

You've been on 68 for like a week, I could get 2 levels in a few hours. :S
