I used to be proud with my ethncity in the Uk...

I used to wear my skin with pride...

I used to wear my chinese eyes with a sense of dignity

I was BEING ME!

However, 1 month to the date, I found myself rejected, rejected from rooms
because i had chinki eyes, rejected from people convorsations because " You look like something my cat just S*** Up ". In the end i was alone, with people cussing me were ever i went, racial slurs, kicks, rejection all i suffered...

Catzsy (Forum Super Moderator) - Thread moved from Habbo UK News.

Now i dont wair my skin with pride,
I dont wear my chinease eyes,

Instead I conformed to the popular habbo fashions and colours... For once in my life I actually fit in. I was happy, until, i walked into the lido one day to find a black habbo being cussed by some whites. I thought back to how i felt and i deciced. NOT ANY MORE!

Please Help Me! Help Habbo! Help Yoursellf! - Join the March!

The March-
Date = Today
Time = 20:30 GMT
Place = Picnic Area
Clothing = Wear Black Hair, White Skin, Black Top and trousers and white shoes.

PLEASE INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND HELP RID RACSISM THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL!

Hate Speech - includes: racial slurs, gender slander, etc. Not usually less than a 24 hour ban. We do not tolerate hate speech and believe it to be completely unacceptable behavior.
If the Moderator on duty feels up to it, the individual will be issued with a ban. Organising an event like this will only fuel more hate-speech unfortunately, as people will turn up just to flood offensive and racist comments. It happens at virtually every "march" or "protest".

The best you can do is try your best to ignore them, hope they get banned and leave you alone. Wear what you want - it shouldn't matter what people think. (You'd be amazed at the amount of bunny puns I get aimed my way. Funny ones, though!) Wear what you want, where you want. However, nothing will be able to just "rid the Hotel of racism", because... it's nigh on impossible! Racism has always been in our real life society, in varying quantities, and it has never gone away.

Fundamental problems with the way humans think (due to a number of reasons, including fear or lack of education) will further push people into segregated groups, and there is no way to remove the discriminative nature surrounding them. I guess it's because human beings are so diverse, and can appear vastly different from one another.

If your aim is to stop people from caring about looks, why do you have a set dress code for this "march"?

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL why do you set up this junk? it's an online chat room, it's hardly going to change what society thinks.
