Sam2 help?

Hi,
Just wondering if I could get some sam2 help, I can only play songs which I have copied onto my PC from CDs
And it won't let me play songs i've downloaded?

Could anyone help me please =D?

By any chance do you use Itunes? If you do the file format is different as it is .m4a meaning they have to be converted into .mp3 for them to be used on Sam2 :)

I used to get my songs off limewire, Does it have anything to do with the songs being illegal?
