We Have Been d/c 2 Times Today 1 At 5:00 And 1 At 6:35. Is Sulake Having Trouble With Habbo Or Are We About To Get v10? Also When I Refreshed The Homepage It Said 2 Habbo's Online?

Got Same Just Refresh Homepage!! Everything Is Fixed now And It is said that V10 Is Comming (Dont count on it Just rumors)

Habbo UK will say when V11 is coming like every other hotel has.

It's v11 and not v10 anyway. But it would be during the week and in office hours.

Lmao why would we get v11 when we aint got v10 yet lol and it aint in office hours cos last time we got v9 at 5:00pm so :P

It's server problems - nothing else. You will know beforehand if the next client version is coming, because other Hotels have clearly stated the Hotel will be down whilst the next version is added. Even on the UK, with previous versions, we have had a subtle "The Hotel will be down from X until around Y whilst we perform some routine maintenance." It takes hours to add - and to reiterate; you would know if it was being added or not.
I have an empty stomach at the moment, meaning my nerves are wearing a little thin. ^_^ I am going to end up going "POP!" if we get one of these threads every time the server goes down between now and the actual addition. Even 1 day after the addition, some noddle will decide to post "next Habbo version?!", no doubt. :(
erm, Sulake HQ install the new versions..
and we will have a notice on the homepage before we get a new version.

We aim to respond to emails within two working days (Monday to Friday). Emails are only answered within office hours (9.30am to 5.30pm GMT).
5 is office hours.

Oh, and the update is not particularly to do with "UK office hours". Player Support have an ideal time to catch up on email queries on that day, when none can be sent in. ;P The updates are done in Helsinki, Finland, in the Sulake HQ, as Marc said. All servers are located there if I remember correctly, so they are in easy reach of the techies.
Finland is 1 hour ahead of UK I think (no more than 2), so it makes sense to do it from a 7 to 5 slot, during a weekday. More Sulake Staff are on hand in case something goes wrong, and most of the target audience are at school, college or work.

They are most probable upgrading servers, like step 1/5 of V11.
Personally, I really doubt that v11/10's coming out as we havn't had notice of this maintenance break.

v11 isn't coming today.
Simple as.
I'm sure Sulake aint that dumb to close the hotel down in busy hours to upgrade, especially when they could have it open for people to buy credits.. etc.. ;)

It wasn't only for .fi, it was originally on .fi, but it's been released on most hotels. Definately UK anyway, since encryption has changed.

I think UK may just be skipping V10 and they will add the V10 updates with V11. But they won't name it V10, it will still be named V11.

Oh God, please don't tell me people are thinking every Maintenance Break is something to do with Version 11 (or version 10, I am still a little confused with the whole thing)? Please, just do yourself a favour and not take everything as a hint or anything along those lines. When V11 (or 10) comes, it will come. Don't expect it to come at anytime, wait for it to come. Yes, come...
