I need a layout for my site. I can't pay in cash. I pay in habbo hotel furniture,runescape,or coke music. I need layout to be made and coded well.
Please follow the layout plan i have provided and make the layout blue and white. If you need more information pm me or post here.

well is anyone going to make? I'm buying hosting and domain very soon. I'm willing to pay alot for the layout as long as you do a good job. Also if u don't code it just make it good and i will find someone to code it.

What you offer for a uncoded one?

Habbo or RS (how much in either of them)

Hmmm, I'm not to sure on it. Needs colours and the navigation Box and that are a bit to small. I rate 4/10

If you tweaked that wouldnt be far off a okish starting layout like a pixel design.

OMG - ARE PEOPLE DUMB?

Anyway, the plan seems a bit crowded. Maybe theres a few too many boxes mate :) If you want quality, then find a way of getting cash. People on here, in all due respect, arnt too great, so if you want a popular site, which basically means a good design, go elsewhere.
