I Talk and kick in my sleep

I kick in my sleep, its due to the fact your probably moving around alot. I had to share a bed with my mom on holiday, and i ended up punching her in the face :P

So, its just because your moving around alot in the night, you kick out, as for talking, i don't know about that.

I don't get that, I've slpet walk a few times and I talk in my sleep but not that :P

I kick when I'm just about to go into deep sleep :rolleyes:

I talk when I am talking to people in my dreams. Apparently you can barely make out the words. So maybe that is why? As for kicking, you might be doing something in your dream causing you to kick. Fast asleep means nothing, infact, that is what causes it sometimes...

I can't really say how to prevent it, unless they invent an anti-dreaming pill soon?
