Heh, well on ClubHabbo, we update the site navigation and pages either in Notepad or Microsoft Frontpage. The News System is ran of CuteNews. The updates, is also, done via notepad/frontpage.

Why bother with flash programs. If you know how to use HTML, and just use FrontPage as just as a base ect. then you should have no problem.
