All you need is level 68 mage and 70 + range, pray pots blood spell runes and alot of bolts \ arrows, for pures to do it..

Heal with mage protect with prayer, not hard ^_^

You could probably do it in the high 40s, just get same magic\range. All you gotta do is PC to keep HP low.
