K, when my bro was in year 7 he was fat. But as he got older he lost weight probs coz of his metabalism and now he's slim.
Now, im in year 9, and still kinda fat. Im tall tho well kinda. Anyways, will my metabalism kick in as i get older.
And just incase it dont, will this work.
Breakfast - Rice krispies or japata bread with egg
Lunch at school - Japatra bread with salami and cheese
Home - water and maybe a muffin or so
Dinner - whatever my dad makes, mostly has sum vegetable sauce an that
After - Fruit, like mostly every night

Please tell me if it'll work, ty,,,

Well you can't just say your going to eat this that and the next thing and it means your going to lose weight.

Also, just because your brother lost weight over they years, doens't mean he will. From experience, I've seen a lot of people who are bigger in weight but smaller in height, often lose a lot of weight after growth spurts, but if your tall then you might not grow much more if your already tall.

The key to losing weight, is therefore simply exercise and an all round, whole diet. Don't just eat the same stuff every day, vary your meals but make sure they are full of nutrients and vitamins that will benefit you, and arn't fatty foods. Cutting out sweets altogether will also help a lot.

Along with this a bit of exercise will help! :]

Well what you probally got now is what my mother called "Puppy fat"
It kinda depends how "Fat" you are.

You dont wanna eat that every day dear, its not balanced and not good for you.
Make sure you dont snack on sweets, and eat plenty of fruit.
Excercise alot, and try to walk everywhere as much as you can.

My puppy fat went at the end of year 11 for me so it can happen late.

No, the food you have chosen will not work.
It'll work for a while, but soon, it'll ruin your digestive system.
Having the same thing over and over again isn't good for it and will damage it overall.

I advise you that choose a range of healthy living foods. I do hope that a diet helps you very soon. Good luck

Kay just don't do what i do:

I usually eat about once a week... i sleep about once every 5 days... its very unhealthy.

But oh-my-god it's made me thin... ;P

How tall are you?
in year 9, (i'm like practically the same height now, in year 10 now)

I was 5ft 10 or something, now im 5ft 11, and I weigh around 11 and a half stone, and im around the optimum weight for my height and age (14)

How much do you weight aswell?
