can you download skins for your PC?

Yes. you can get like different colours if you want to call them that. Like say a black, Or darker/Lighter blue for your bottem bar. I use 'Royal Theme'

Just search that on Google and download it. And Install.

Yes, it's quite easy actually, just go to Start > Run > Type 'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes' and then go to http://customization.deviantart.com/skins/windows/visualstyle/ and download some of the styles and move them into the themes folder! :)

Yeah, I download my skins from DeviantART, but I'm just using my standard one at the moment. I use Tune-up Utilities (download.com) - it's great, you can install them easily aswell as the 'welcome' screens and the bit at the start with the Windows logo and the loading bar.
