Moderator's To Be Promoted??

I Find that some Moderator's have worked REALLY REALLY hard and that they havn't really given any thanks. I know it is there job to do this and that , but some are really dedicated and deserve an award or a dedication.

Moderators don't need to be promoted as they work at home and if they got promoted they would have to work in the Sulake HQ.

One this isn't News or Rumor, and two which MOD's have worked 'really hard' and I doubt they'll be given a prize if they have probably something extra added to their paycheck maybe.
