hes not really buying them...he did this same thing with snows, trying to raise the price by acting like hes paying huge thus causing people to buy them up thinking he would pay a premium for them

yh, i seem to remember him saying that he'll pay a throne per 6 snows, and pay a throne per 10 red pillows..
