Lol dese r basic but.........

He was killed by Macduff
He was married to lady macbeth
He got what the witches promiced him; thane of glamis, thane of cawdor and to become king
He went crazy after getting people to kill banquo for him, he saw banquo's ghost in his chair at the banquet.
He killed King Duncan

Pretty awful but hey!

I'll give you facts about MacBeth hes a Scottish guy who talks weird and 14 year olds have to do tests on him. Grr I hated it last year, I think I only passed it. I wish we had a better Shakespear play to do.

Well when it was wrote it was like a good film coming out today. So really its was a form of entertainment all those years ago. But I don't see why Shakespear has to be in english lessons, I mean who wants to try and understand all that "thou shalt" rubbish?

Erm maybe Shakespear didn't put all these hidden meanings to do with macbeths emotions in the play, maybe the education system is wrong, erm another fact is that in the movie the guards heads look totally fake. Dam Act 3 Scene 1 2 and 4 for SATs.

From what my english teacher told me at school.......

Macbeth was made because the King at the time (James 1st) was scottish and like to believe he was related to Edward The Confessor (English King at the time of Macbeth who is also a saint) James was also a believer in Withcraft.

Basically Shakespeare made it to boost his favour with the king.

Personally, i think learning the scenes in macbeth is a waste of time because in the exam hardly any of it appears :s but it bored me to death when i was learning it

Its not a book its a play.

But its still written out in a play book type thing, like a story in a book but with narration, scene info and acting movements.
