MySQL Database Problems

I'm having trouble with MySQL

Ive added all the stuff to MySQL Yeah (This is for that Billing System It's gonna be a preview :) ) Ok so Ive added it with the following stuff

DB Name: Hosting
DB User: Order
DB Pass: Not Shown

Im adding it and its saying the following:

Open functions.php and post the code in here please,
and then post the dbcode.php or the db.php.

Your db connection settings are wrong.

db name should be somethinghere_hosting
same with username and did you put the details in funtcions.php

ye. the database and the user name should have cpanelusername_hosting or what ever
