looking for people to help with site panel

since ultra panel hasnt progressed any farther and i kind of needed a site panel to use for colin-roberts.net i decided im going make one and it will probly free released (if people help for free that is or it might be paid if noone helps for free)

not sure on features yet will basicly be made for the current needs of colin-roberts.net and expanded to add new features when i think of some.
