You can now send your applications to [email protected] your sound clip must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes long you don't need to include background music if you don't want to.
How to record a voice clip.
Start > All Programs > accessories > Entertainment > sound recorder.
to make your clip longer the one minute just before you reach your 60 second limit click the record button again.
