well basicly i am setting up an online business like yahoo i need program designers that can design advanced instant messenger programs and other program like that please pm me if you would like to hear more

The whole point in YOU setting up the business is for you to come up with the ideas for it etc etc also the creator is usally very kowledged in what business he is creating for example BIll Gates didnt just get up and make microsoft then hire loads of staff to do his work for him......He did a lot of work his self..

lol i have design and scripted th e-commerce web setup the basic source code for many of the buisness program so ya see i have put a lot of work in and the only reason ive posted on this forum is to give some junior designers a chance to nake some big money

My opinion.
Start out with something small, a site, with a forum and a few other features. When you get active promise your members more and more and soon you will have a successful site.
Maybe not like Yahoo! but you might be able to start a webhosting company and make some extra money.

You need to be able to do it yourself, if your hiring people to do it for you it will nerly deffitly fail, if you do it, but get people to help, then your in with a very small chance.
