Ok, so i'm no the most popular kid in shcool by any means but things were tough the first 2 years of high school and I think it's coming back again.

I work for "The Advertiser" which is a free newspaper delivered every week. Recently, they never paid me for delivering papers and I got stressed out and put the phone down on them, they phoned back and we got it sorted out.

Someone I "know" at school started talking to me on MSN saying "Jayke's gunna bang ya", i'm thinking, what the? We started talking and he says Jayke is going to hit me for being cheeky and slamming the phone down.

Apparently Jayke works for the advertiser helping intially delivering the papers to my door to deliver. I think it was him who intially took my payment last week. I also never got paid this week.

I'm quitting the paperound because I get treated like a dog, and never get paid. But i'm worried that I will get hit, and for no good reason.

Advice would be handy please.

Believe me, the cops just don't care anymore.

And if he hits me, it'll probably be done in school so police arn't allowed in for these sort of things as it gives a bad reputation for the school.

He attacks you at school, its YOUR choice to involve the police, the guy is clearly a punk, he'll hit you a couple of times maybe, sure thisll hurt but only attack if under retaliation and also how old are you? Over 16 quit the paper round as it's poorly run and get a better job, mop floors after school or sweep at a hairdressers they pay better and its not as stressful.

Good, your not letting yourself be treated badly and you've quit, and you re-acted like a lot of people would have by slamming the phone down. This 'Jake' obviously think's a lot of himself if every time someone slams the phone on him he wants a fight! Pretty pathetic actually.

Your better than him at the end of the day mate - so don't rise to him. If he comes looking for a fight tell him your not wanting to fight over something so stupid. If he hits you, I say fight back. If at all possible, you could even threaten your old work for assault, as it's basically their fault for not ensuring this never even came around.
