ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVNT ENTERED THE RIGHT DETAILS FOR THE MYSQL.

ALSO, CHANGE URL OR WHATEVER TO LOCALHOST OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK.

You need to edit the PHP file to have the correct MySQL host address (if it's local, 127.0.0.1).

EDIT WHERE IT SAYS 'CHANGEME' and put 'localhost'
