Theres nothing that can compaire to the shear run time and constant laughs of the simpsons.
Futurma would probably be a contender if they haddent stoped makeing it, but simpsons out and out.

LOL My sister got po'ed when Pokémon came 45th and she was like WTH HOW DID THIS CRAP BEAT POKÉMON??!?!?!?!

Futurama
Simpsons
South Park
Drawn Together
Robot Chicken
Digimon (but only the first 2 seasons, then it went GAY)
