If they the person who is buying credit's run off with your furni, you will complain to habbo.
If the person who is buying you credits, buys with a credit card and you get perm ban for fraud, you'd complain.

It is 'illegal' if you offer to buy credits for other, it clearly states in the Terms and Conditions that you must not " Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods".. You can e-mail Habbo by clicking HERE (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact) however there isn't much they can/will do as you are clearly in the wrong.
