then i would have to say no you need pray to be 43 and range to be 60 but 50+ could work...

Do Ghosts ahoy quest, get a bucket fill it with slime. Then get a pot go upstairs crush the bone to bonemeal then pray at ecto. 4X XP.

You dont need prayer to do the demon. Many pures (including me) do it with 1 pray. You need a decent range/mage though, like 60+ is fine i think. I think range is better for it aswell. I was about 67 range on my pure when i did it, 1 def 1 pray. range pot addy arrows i think and inv of sharks was pretty easy.
