Light or Heavy Sleeper?

Just out of interest... Are you a light or heavy sleeper? I, personally, wake up at the slightest sound, which is what makes the fact my mum has just had a baby a little annoying x) you?

if its about 5am, getting light, i sleep lighter. so depends on how long ive been asleep and how tired i was when i went to sleep.

I think that is because you are moving into stage 1 of non-REM sleep... Not sure though x)

Heavy sleeper , I can never wake up you can just come in my room when I am sleeping and watch tv and I wont budge an eyelid.

Everyones (unless your elderly) going to be quite a heavy sleeper once they get on to Stage 4/REM, it just all the stages leading up to it you might get easily woken.

Once I'm asleep, I will sleep through anything.. but getting asleep takes hours and I get woken up a lot.

Once a car was set on fire and it exploded with a huge bang and I slept right through it. This is with the noise from the fire engine aswell.

I'm a really heavy sleeper, especially after a few drinks! There could be a massive storm and I wouldn't hear it. I never can move in the mornings :(

Very heavy. No alarms can wake me up. I'm sort of deaf when I'm asleep. Only when someone hits me I will wake up. Light taps and reminders don't work either.

Both, it depends on my mood and how much sleep i've had.
And where im sleeping.

I stayed at a friends house and slept 4 hours really lightly.
Then the other day I slept for 15 hours.

Considering i only get around 6-8 hours per night, id say in between. ;]

Usually, i wakeup in the night if i hear a bang or something, or if someone comes in my room, i just wakeup.
So, light there.

Heavy if im in a deep sleep, and if i didnt get enough sleep the previous night.
