Isn't it against the law to sell a leased license?

Breach of contract. When you clicked agree to the terms and conditions you entered a legally binding contract.

You can sell them. But only once every 3 months i think it is.

It clearly states on that one ... leased.

Once you have an owned one, your free to do as you wish with it aslong as you don't go against the contract you agreed.

When leasing, nearly everything is on their terms.

As your forum is a leased one you are not able to sell it, if you do vBulletin reserves the right to take legal action against you for loss of earnings aswell as copyright infringement (and believe me, they would win the case!)

Dont mess with vBulletin, i did.. not worth it trust me.. you end up with 24 hours to take it down or they take action.. proper action. Also.. they shut my site down. ( I got it back up because its on my server... but still )

Anyway.. just a reccomendation.

um, i passed it on to nick... but the vb wasn't mine orignally
#

so you've been basicly telling me not to do something i did 24 hours ago... kinda weird...

and i no all about VB's T&C's i've read them several times in the last 2 years as well as many other things

thats why i snap at people when they say its ilegal becasue well, its not its just a breach in the contract as someone already said,

i never agreed to T&C (the orignal owner did)

Anyway... Topic Finshed
