Well it seems after 15 years im getting traintracks,Ive had brace's before but i know its a bit diffrent now.If you have traintracks can you tell me,Does it hurt like getting them put in?
Thanks
Ross
Not really. Getting them put in is nothing, nor does it hurt after an hour of them being put in.
Soon however, it starts to hurt :( for a couple of days, if you bite down on anything, it hurts quite abit, but you soon get used to it and it doesn't hurt.
Just don't try eating anything chewy or hard, and you should be fine!

I had them years ago. Putting them on isn't painful, just uncomfortable I guess. But as the guy above me said, the first three days, you can;t chew. So stick to stuff like soup etc. And then they tighten them like every month, so you can't chew AGAIN. Sometimes they cut into your gums too, you get this wax stuff that's supposed to prevent it, but it doesn't work.
Basically they're a pain in the bum.
