Stupid vBulletin

One of my e-mail accounts needed activation because i never used it and it deleted all my e-mails including my vBulletin info and about 3 days ago i sent for new details and it said it sent them but i still haven't recieved them. I'm putting in the right e-mail because i checked another e-mail in the box and it said it couldn't be found.
I would phone them but you can only call them from the USA & Canada.
Does anyone know whats wrong?

you can ring them up from any country. Just put the US Country Code in before their number. It will cost alot and I dont know the country Code.
