Ok well i know that youve seen many threads about v11 from every single maintanence (sp?) break but i think this one may be true.

Not only is the hotel about to go under maintenece but yesterday the "Ice Meltdown" promotion finished. (All ice was discounted)

I think the maintenance has been done already as its something AM in Australia now on Oct 6th, i logged in and everything seems the same, maybe it was V10 which is security updates isnt it or something, i guess it was getting ready for v11.. :) :s
