Taken from habbox in 2004 :) What do you think of old values?

Pro's:
- It's much easier to tell how rich somebody is
- When you won a competition you won a good prize
- It took a lot of effort to gain some rares
- Owning many supers meant lots of respect
- They were actually worthy of the title 'Super Rare'
Con's:
- It's hard to get on the rare trading ladder
- The rich stayed rich
- Hard to afford
- Harder to build a super rare casino

Wow weird seeing Birdbaths at 15T and Dino at 10T, I suppose Supers will eventually recover :)

Those supers are only like twice as many thrones as they are not but the throne is twice as expensive now so it still takes the same amount of hcs as it did then to now to get stuff like that

will a few exceptions like the cups and such.

It was like that when .au started out. =)
I remember on .uk when snowglobes were in the catolouge and no-one liked them!And holiday romances were cheap.

Jibbi owned the first snowglobe, then Moonglowgirl one it in Funky Friday and got offered 45 thrones for it.. haha. She said she wanted to keep it rare so wasn't selling it, unlucky for her it got released in the catalogue at christmas.

Values were better because super rares were actually worth something then and thrones werent a stupid price..

I think keeping the rich, rich is a good idea. Complain about being poor and whatever, but when there were only a handful of rich people it was easier to make good rooms, because not EVERYONE had access to better things than you. Nowadays you can't compete unless you've scammed your way to the top.

I think its good how they are, it shows RVR's are doing their jobs, i just think it sucks that Hcs rares are going way down, and new rares are hovering around the HC mark
