You get rights to the entrance (top room) then when trusted, you'll be given rights to the main casino free of charge.
Rights to the entrance room is currently at 3HC, but will go up in a few days.
The room is in two catagories- Trading and Around The World.

I think you should concentrate on trying to make the room pop and then
see how much peeps are willing to pay. If you manage to make a popular casino then rites could go up. Nice casino :)

Making it into a casino has destroyed the atmosphere. The Around the World competition is meant to be for theme rooms that represent a country. A casino doesn't deserve to be on there, as it doesn't even represent a country anymore.
