I hate them. I've got a quite a few, there not big ones but lots of little ones on my face. Everyday morning and evening I use this stuff, then at evening I put like some cream where the spots are, and leave it on all night. I seems to do the work, but how can I do this AND look after my face. Thanks.

Hmm, Well you could use face washes, and i'm not quite sure exactly what you mean by looking after your face, just using oxy on the spot - spot cream and face wash does the job for me.
Also When cleaning your face , make sure you open your pours by rinsing with warm water before you wash, and then rinsing with cold when your done, which closes your pours, wearing foundation I believe makes spots worse if your pours are open or somthing.
And use face creams and stuff, my sister does this so i kind of know because she goes mad when she has a little spot on her face, girls. ;)

Well if I do get the odd spot, I just wash my face with this cleasing stuff I got, and I also drink lots of water. That helps :)

Make sure you keep your face very clean, by washing often. Using creams etc also helps, but personally I never needed to use any as I didn't suffer much from spots.
Remember, its very likely for a teenager to get spots, it's not just you!

Make sure you keep your face very clean, by washing often. Sorry but thats wrong, overclensing produces more oil.
Pimples in teenagers are mostly caused my hormones and an increase in sebrum levels. If you want to reduce the effects of them you should organise some type of routine.
~ Eat healthily and drink water.
~ Cleanse, tone and moisturise twice daily to suit your skin type,ie oily, dry etc. and have a face mask or exfoliating scrub once a week.
~ Exercise [sweating often revomes skin impurities]
~ Wear light make-up ie. tinted mosturiser, a tad of concealer thats formulated with tea tree oil or somthing similar that covers and treats pimples.
~ Keep your hair off your face as often as possible it stops oil and product from your hair going onto your skin.
And if all else fails, visit a dermotoligist.
Good luck

Using too many products will actually make it worse, your face will become more greasy. I'd suggest making sure your diet is balanced and healthy aswell as exercising frequently and washing your face simply using warm water and soap.

Sorry my over washing causes more sebrum to be producted. Soap often has a high Ph level, which is to acid for your skin.
Most dermotigists will recomend a system like I said cleanse, tone[you can get 2 in 1's] and moisturiser and a stop treatment. When you get a step system they rely on each other so use the same brand. Basically like on the proactive ad. Try a cosmetics store they can recomend something or a dermotoligist
