simple answer yes, untill your 18 your parents pay for your actions e.g fines.

Yeah, you can't fine an under 18, they're unlikley to have the money. But prison and that, under 18s can be put in YOIs.

Oh and yeah, your parents pay all your fines. They also have to pay if you get an ASBO.

Your parents are the ones fined, but they will most likley take the money off you for it themselves, if they are, so in the end chances are you will be the one paying
