PHPbb Help Needed!

Well, I need to know how to do the following things:
Make a group (i.e. VIP)
Then put certain users in that group

Ok Admin CP--> Group admin --> Management --> Create new group then just fill in the details :)

Ok you then go to the forum homepage and click on the link Usergroups then (must be logged in) choose your group and scroll down and you can add members..

Well you need paid hosting so they arent really free..
