Layouts should be standard and effective.

No shadows on boxes etc .. Try different font aswell.. That one Suxxors.

Not red, too bad on the eyes, maybe a blue or a green?

I think use a green background and use scanlines on the background. Opacity around 20... I think the backgrounds would look better without a gradient also

Its getting there, but I think the content box should be a dark grey with white text.
