I've always liked 70s 80s 90s Rock! ome nowadays is all right.

I can't stand Rnb, Rap, and dance with high pitched voices! Some old dance like Leo Sayer is all right.

Anyway chooose...

Come on! It's not bad for brainstorming. Plus I could only get 10 options.

And those are genres, not 'musics'.

I love RnB, Garage, Dance (well... I'd call it Club music rather than Dance but meh) and Disco ;D There's some emo (?) bands I like too, like Fall Out Boy and Panic! At the Disco.

I'm not a fan of heavy rock or the more 'serious' rap music out there.

ROCK/Metal and Emo/Heavy Metal I guess.
I like 80's/90's rock such as Guns N' Roses, AC/DC and Aerosmith the best though.
Ooh, and I like Reggae such as Bob Marley, but no one includes that in music polls anymore

Bill Hailey?

Bill Bailey?

Anywayz, what I don't get is how so many people say "oh I hate rap it's poo" but then Run DMC comes on and they all love it because it's ReTrO (thus making it cool and acceptable). Seems like some music can only be liked if it's old for some reason.
To answer the question, rap for me is one of the best genres of music about, and although my favourite artists/groups aren't all rappers, rap does make up a large sum of what I listen to. Sure there are some truly crap rappers, but the same can be said for any genre.

I agree Tom, well stated and I agree to a full extent.

My favourite genre is probably Punk/Punkpop but also Rap and HipHop. Those 4[sorta] genres are my favourite and usually listening to them however I listen to all types of music, anything from what I've stated to dance/trance/techno/rave/rock/mod/ska/jazz/classical/some metal/RnB/Soul/Pop/80s Pop/Older music loads really.
