You can't "make someone like you". It ultimately comes down to it, whether or not the girl likes you in the end - but you can't force her to.

If you just get friendships going with girls, and start communicating with them more on a friendly basis, you could maybe start flirting and stuff which would perhaps encourage girls to become interested.

But you can't just expect to sit back and have all the girls come for you, as I'm sure by now you've learned that really isn't how it works! Also, every girl is different so different things will interest and attract different girls.
