Anyway, use this as a background colour: #888475
Use this as your box colour: #f2f1ec
Use this as your stroke / border colour: #7a7767

And... if you can play french cricket, when you're given just a tennis raquet and score the highest possible score on your first attempt - then I owe you £8,000. It's his first try - let him learn.

He's better than you'll ever be - and made more on one template then you'll do on 87...

At the actual template - at least you know how to use photoshop - now try and develop by taking time to look over some effects and tutorials.

+Rep for effort.

A few bits of advice:

- These layouts seem to get worse (no offence) as people overuse gradients which if used to the right effect looks amazing but on full opactiy it looks really bad.

- Use a better font. Go for the fonts that come pre installed, Verdana or Trebuchet MS is a good choice.

Hopefully if you take these tips into advice you'll get better. Just keep trying and dont give up, no matter how many people say give up or you suck really bad, Ronaldinho didnt get his football skills overnight and you won't get your designing skills overnight.

Regards

When do I ever say 10/10?
When do I ever like anything off this forum? DT-Host? Better than yours Ryan
When do I rip layouts?

This coming from the guy whose layout is nearly identical to another hosts I've seen. Ripped or "heavily inspired"

So you think Im the noob, yet your night is used up by creating another account called JoeLovesPrimal to try and attack me? Grow some balls, and try going on "big boy" forums, Ryan. ****ing Noob

@Josh: Ye - You can sell anysite with the right promotion, and I actually respect you for doing something that people like Nelly etc, wouldnt and couldnt do.

Just a tip, outer glow doesn't look good on most fonts, your font being one of them. If you ever use outer glow, make sure you make the colour white, not chiffon/beige.

It's good for your first, though.
