Its sooo good, both ways!
Nice in squares covered in powdered sugar.
I think its rosewater that give it colour and flavour.

Hehe, my background is from Turkey, so theres always Turkish Delight
somewhere in the house, I personally rarely eat it, it depends on the flavour - whether or not theres nuts inside etc so I get picky on it, overall its a reasonablly good treat.
