idk him. But he's dead now. rip.
Paul Hunter has died at the age of 27 after a battle with cancer. The Leeds player was taken into the Kirkwood Hospice in Huddersfield last Friday and died on Monday evening.
The three-time Masters champion was diagnosed with dozens of neuro endocrine tumours on the lining of his stomach in March 2005.
Hunter would have been 28 on Saturday. He leaves a wife, Lindsey, and a daughter, Evie Rose, who was born on Boxing Day of last year.
Former world champion John Parrot was among the first to pay tribute.
"Paul certainly brought a touch of glamour to the game - they called him 'the Beckham of the baize'," Parrot told BBC Five Live.
"And his performances at Wembley were fantastic. To win three titles was tremendous.
"He was a happy-go-lucky man, always played with a smile on his face and never had a bad word to say about anyone."

Rest in peace. He was a quality snooker player and people might remember him for having long blonde hair sorta braided in places, he was a top bloke.
lots of people die all the time and dont get on the news, why dont you feel sorrow for them? if we did we'd be depressed all the time.

Perhaps we do? Like the fact in 3rd world countries thousands of people die daily. Just cos I feel sorrow and said rest in peace doesn't mean I'm depressed, so get your facts straight.
the fact is your only feeling sorry for the guy because his death is being publisized you wouldnt even of heard of it if he wasnt a leeds player.

It's differant between liking someone or admiring there work and them dieing, then hearing about some Afganistan guy that passed away. If you knew the person that died 'all the time' I'm sure you would be sad, alot of people arnt depressed by famous people dying, they are sad. There's a slight differance.

If there was news daily, about someone dying, as young as 27 with a family, because they had cancer ~ I'd say I'd feel sorry for them and their family? Yes, we do feel sorry for this guy because it's publicised.. but that's the only way we find out about deaths.
would you want your death being publisized? and nixt people die all the time way before 27. and hmm cancer maybe because he smoked? or had to many x-rays cancer doesnt just start it has to have a reaction to start it off.

Why would anyone care if there death was publicised
a) it's good that people would remember you and hear about you
b) if you're dead, can you really care?

You don't seem to be getting what I am saying? Yes people do die all the time... but we don't get the oppurtunity to hear about every single person that died.
The fact this guy was well know, meant that we have found out he has died... which then leads to us feeling a little sad for him and his family. If this was a normal person, on the local news.. I would feel the same little niggly feeling that I always feel when you hear someone dies.

a) they dont know you why should they care
b) if i was dead i wouldnt want my life story on the bbc news because theirs nothing better to put on it.

If I was famous then yeah I would for all my friends or the people I've met to let them know that I was dead. And no he got cancer at a young-ish age and lost his hair in chemotherapy. Cancer can come from anything so therefore it wasn't HIS fault so **** off and get your facts straight again.

Cancer has up to 300 causes and most of them can not affect you if you have a healthy diet, physically fit and mentaly fit. Cancer 80% of the time is your fault for smoking, mucking up your immune system will give examples later, the only main reason it couldnt be his fault if it was genetic cancer which i highly doubt.

I think Paul Hunter was physically fit due to him being a sportsman.
And he had Stomach Cancer which has nothing to do with smoking.
So don't say it was his fault for getting cancer, because it wasn't.
I only found out about his death whilst watching QoS.
RIP.
Seems loads of celebrities are getting injured or dying lately...

Wrong Wrong WRONG , every person is born with a cancer, it just depends if it gets activated, also to your other post I consider you to be a complete and utter ****, he was publicised because he fought his cancer like hell, whilst he was playing snooker he couldn't even feels his legs or hands but kept wanting to play for his familly, so shut the **** up.
