Okay now, I'm only having one meal a day, Not because i'm starving myself, Just because I find myself not being able to eat, (I dont have breakfast or dinner) And my friends say it will end up in my being anorexic?
I can't see it really as I would eat if I wanted to and its mainly because i'm not hungry, I've been keeping an eye on my weight and its not been changing..
So is what they're saying a lot of rubbish?
I think i'm fine doing what i'm doing..

You have to excersise and eat less? Weight doesnt go away by just starving yourself, I have a meal a day, but it doesnt really bother me?

Yeah but your doing your body no good because basically although you can't eat you still need to eat even for basic things like sleeping when you use alot of energy it's quite amazing really. By not eating much at the moment your body will consume 'stored fats' like inside your body that is saved for when you don't eat and you will slowly start losing weight because most female's bodys are mainly made of fat not muscle because they don't do as much sport[Not meaning to say your fat or be sexist but it's true]So my advice is to try and eat more even if you can't,slowly work back upto 3meals aday like something for breakfast such as Weetabix or some high energy cereal like porridge:P And then have a good meal for dinner/tea.

I tend to eat about twice a week... usually dinner....
and sleep about... once or twice a week thanks to some random pills I have to take now....
Anyway, I'm classed as "dead" by my friends. Lol. much fun.
So, i say i know how you feal - and if your not hungry - don't eat - I've noticed girls find it more attractive anyway lol. ;]

Entirely your decision on how much you eat, if it starts affecting you (like become more tired for example) then I'd suggest trying to eat a little bit more. :)

Its good to eat 3 healthy meals a day and a snack before bed ect, 1 meal isnt really enough as your not getting the amount of nutritions / vitamins you need, but if you are fine with what your doing and 1 meal a day suits you, then thats cool too.
Anorexia is were you eat NOTHING, exercise to the max, see yourself fatter than everyone else, ect.
You, however, are eating at least 1 meal a day, and im not sure how you see yourself, or what you think about your appearance, but anorexics see a completely different view of themselfs to other people, ie; say someone weighs 4-5 stone with anorexia and sees someone who weighs more and looks far more than 4-5 stone, they consider them slimmer more so than themselfs as anorexia has took over the way they see things.
If you see things like that, then you could be anorexic, but if you dont, and 1 meal is fine for you, even though i WOULD encourage eating at least 2 meals so your getting the nutritions you need, then i wouldnt consider you anorexic, as you said, your not trying to starve yourself, not sure if your trying to loose weight either.
But what your friends are saying is, yes, complete rubbish.
At least try eating a fruit for breakfast though, or a school bar, then lunch, i take it you eat lunch, then for dinner or before bed, have a little snack, just so you are getting all the vitamins and nutritions that you need.
Hope this helped answer your question & a few extra tips aswell.. ;]

I would try to eat some fruit in the morning but I only really like fruit smoothies.. Well they have 5 portions in, so I guess i'm helping a little.
At the moment I only really eat tea, Except if on the weekend if I'm doing something tiring I will consider some lunch :p

Breakfast really will make a difference, as I can confirm from experience. It helps you stay more awake and alert throughout the day and just get on with things much easier and stuff.
I'm a bit like yourself actually. I don't have a lot of time in the morning, so I eat breakfast on the go. On the way to school, or whilst your getting ready or something - you should eat some toast or some fruit or something, just blend it in with your every day routine but make time for it - even if it means getting up that 5 minutes extra early!
It really will help you a lot.
I think, as long as your a healthy weight and your happy with yourself - that's all the matters. Just remember though, people are only nagging you and what not for your own safety and benefit, so don't think their just out to get at you!

You may not feel hungry but I think in the long run you could damage your health by doing this. You should be eating around 2000 calories a day as that is the intake reccomended. If your only eating one meal your not consuming enough and may begin to feel lightheaded/dizzy. I'd recommend you begin eating the required amount so as to stay fit and healthy.
