its usually a general rule, maybe they never mentioned it cause of the sms line?

its not sms its home phone all prices are flat no matter what

thought a cell phone was a mobile phone? and thats what you said in 1st post, which is why i was going on about that.

mobile means sms which means text messging for a code phoneing in is just dialing a number and get a machine taht gives ua code

yes i know that, but you do realise you can call sumbers from a mobile phone aswel, its not limited to text.
