Updating Versions is a day job, the maintenance break is usually announced beforehand as it usually takes the majority of the day to do.

So I doubt very much that it is V11

1. highest place in the hotel (top of hotel) then theres this little guest room size public room witch is kool, rares during V11 should be a sleeping bag and its garden / woodland theamed.
2. there should be NEW defalt tops and trossers
3. new wall paper and flooring
4. new featurs for all :D
