ignore list??

hi im sure i saw a ignore list the other day could some1 plz tell me how to add some1 to it ty
i wont mention any names but its because some1 is telling me i hav no right to use my habbo name on this forum

if it's an administrator or a moderator you're trying to ignore i don't think it will let you though.
