Dharoks + Guthans Reqs?

Hey Im planning to buy and wear dharoks, Please can somone tell me what reqs i need to wear dharoks armour.. like if i need 70 def ect.

I know the axe req 70 attk and 70 str.

And what about guthans, What are reqs on what?

Great axe is 70 attack and 70 strength.

Warspear is 70 attack.
