if the rules are correct...
We understand that if you are scammed by a Habbo you would like to warn everyone about this scammer. However Habbox has no way of proving that the accused Habbo actually acted out these scams, therefore we ask that in your thread no names are mentioned. This is due to the fact it could cause arguments or result in a member of Habbo(x) being upset and even ridiculed on Habbo un-deservingly.

The problems with that video:
It contains his email address, which happens enough to be his habbox username too.
It looks like he is giving out his mobile number
