You just pay money to download games.

o ok btw whats the difference between source and plain? Do they accept paypal? all i got is 12.56 or somthing us

CS runs on the half life engine, its old and looks like crap.
CS:S runs on the HL2 engine, it looks great.
Why does it matter if they accept paypal or not if you dont have enough money, just use a card.
