You have to just ask her if she would like to hand out sometime, or see a movie, go to a concert etc.

Plus she probarbly doesnt know you like her, and if she is a decent girl and rejects you shes not going to tell everyone and make a scence. Go for it! Girls love when guys make the 1st move and have the courage to do something about their feelings. And the hair thing thats a bit past friends moving into the 'friends with benifits' catagory.

Just ask her out. You'll never find out until you ask. It's hard sometimes but just try your best. If she rejects you, just remember it isn't the end of the world. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. Rejection can sting sometimes, but you just have to move on.
