Free Cooking, Crafting & Fletching

I can do the following to an extent

*Cooking - Anything under level 73 cooking.**
*Crafting - Anything under level 48 crafting
*Fletching - Anything under level 70

So..

Cooking:
Lobsters, swordfish, etc... NOT monkfish - havn't done the quest.

Crafting: Rings Of lifes etc.. down words -- You supply gold bar & diamond etc *** I will also enchant them (Diamond ring or lower).

Fletching:
Yew Longs down > You supply the yews/bow string.
