Making a website just dont know what. any ideas?

Hey im thinking of making a website. Im just not sure what to make, im thinking a skate board cite, where people can upload videos of them skate boarding or they can watch some. Maybe sell skateboard items? Any ideas and would anyone wanna help make it? I need other ideas? a portfolio?
