If any of the vbulletin sites go down (vbulletin.com, vbulletin.org) then youll want to know why.
Basically they are change servers.

vBulletin Sites Moving Servers
Due to increased traffic to vBulletin.com, vBulletin.org and the other sites hosted on this server, it has become necessary to move to a new and more powerful system.
We plan to perform this move tomorrow (Sunday October 15th) and while this will involve some down-time for the sites, we will attempt to keep this to a minimum as much as possible.
Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience you may encounter, we are sure it will all be worth it in the end.
